Location Directions The Humane Society for Southwest Washington is located in east Vancouver, Washington at 1100 NE 192nd Avenue. From Highway 14, take the 192nd Avenue exit and travel north approximately 3 ½ miles. Look for the Humane Society on the left hand side about ½ mile north of the large Wal-Mart shopping center. From Padden Parkway, travel east to NE 162nd Avenue. Turn right onto NE 162nd Avenue and continue approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto NE 18th Street. After about ¾ of a mile, 18th Street turns south and become 192nd Avenue. Look for the Humane Society just past the light at NE 13th Street on the right hand side of the road. By C-Tran Tech Center bus, take route 35 from Fisher's Landing Transit Center. The closest stop is at NE 1st Street and NE 192nd Ave, which is half a mile from the shelter.
