Critter Camp

Campers will be introduced to a wide variety of animal-related topics including dog safety, responsible pet ownership, animal training, veterinary practices and an exploration of careers working with animals. Critter camp combines lessons, activities, guest speakers and animal interactions to help foster kindness and compassion and promote civic responsibility and environmental stewardship. Camp registration fee includes healthy snacks but campers must bring their own lunch. All campers will receive a Critter Camp t-shirt.
Registration will begin at 12:00pm on March 4, 2013. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and is not confirmed until full payment is received. Camp sessions are limited to 15 campers. The grades indicated below are the grade your camper will be entering for the 2013-2014 academic year.

WEEK 1 Grades: 3-4 June 24-28, 10am - 3pm
WEEK 2 Grades: 5-6 July 15-19, 10am - 3pm
WEEK 3 Grades: 5-6 July 29 - August 2, 10am - 3pm
Camp registration and waivers may be faxed to 360.693.2338 or brought to the shelter. Payment is not required at time of registration. Parents/guardians of campers will be contacted within two business days of receipt of registration to discuss camp details and answer any questions.
