Our team will walk you through the essentials of the foster program, cover the basics of kitten care, and share practical tips to help you succeed. We’ll also leave plenty of time for Q&A, so you can get your questions answered and feel confident and prepared. By the end, you’ll be ready to take the first step into the rewarding (and adorable!) world of kitten fostering.

Training Overview

In this session, you will learn everything you need to get started as a kitten foster with HSSW. Our team will cover the following: 

• Orientation to the foster program

• Typical foster process

• Tips and tricks to make your foster experience successful

• Opportunities for Q & A to ensure you're prepared

Our support for fosters doesn't stop after this session. Fosters receive ongoing support from our foster and clinic teams to ensure the foster experience is smooth and the kittens in your care are healthy and happy.
